“福星”公司拥有三十年的薄膜生产历史，其核心团队成员自七十年代末期便在国营镀铝公司开始工作，亲身经历了中国包装薄膜行业的发展。从最初的手动切割技术，到小型分切机的使用，再到龙门式分切机的引进，“福星”始终保持着与时代同步的步伐。
自2008年以来，“福星”分切机开始进军市场，并在过去三年中，在流延薄膜生产线和镀铝薄膜生产线的配套领域，占据了超过六成的市场份额。“福星”凭借自身的实力，在中国包装机械领域确立了重要的地位。
目前，“福星”公司运营着两个厂区，总面积超过八十余亩，其中设备生产厂区的面积超过24000平方米。作为山东省的高新技术企业，组建了一支专业的售后工程师团队，能够为多个国家和地区提供服务。
